1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ResumeRanker at resumeranker.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
ResumeRanker is an AI-powered resume screening platform. AI ranking results are decision support tools — not final hiring decisions. HR professionals retain full responsibility for all hiring decisions.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining password security. Do not share credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.
4. Payment Terms
All prices in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment via Razorpay required before AI processing. Credits purchased in packs do not expire. Pricing changes communicated 30 days in advance.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds given only for: (a) Technical failure on our side preventing processing — full refund within 3-5 business days. (b) Accidental duplicate payment — full refund within 3-5 business days. No refunds for completed jobs where AI ranking was delivered. Email hello@resumeranker.in with your transaction ID.
6. Acceptable Use
Use ResumeRanker for legitimate recruitment only. Do not upload resumes without appropriate candidate consent. Do not discriminate based on protected characteristics. Commercial resale prohibited.
7. AI Disclaimer
AI rankings are decision support tools only — not a substitute for human judgment. ResumeRanker is not responsible for hiring decisions made based on AI output.
8. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for the specific job posting in question. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
